When David and Kiki opened The Austin Shaker ten years ago, it was just the two of them—six days a week, eleven hours a day at their Airport Boulevard location. Over time, their team has grown into a loyal crew, and many women lead every corner of the business’s success. Kat runs the warehouse with positivity, Hope handles early morning bar orders, Hana manages the Airport Boulevard store, and Kersia is now Director of Retail Ops, overseeing all three locations of The Austin Shaker. Elysa keeps the finances on track, and Maria, Ally, and Lane (they/them) deliver unmatched service. From HR to legal, these fabulous individuals drive our success—and it works.
