Led by Executive Director Dr. Tiffany Lewis, JP Austin’s leadership team brings together expertise in education, child development, operations, fundraising, and family advocacy—all centered around one mission: disrupting poverty, two generations at a time.
Together, these women lead a college persistence program designed specifically for single mothers. Through JP Austin’s 2Gen model, the team delivers safe and affordable housing, quality early childhood education, and wraparound coaching support that helps entire families thrive.
What makes the team powerful is the combination of professional expertise and deep empathy. The leaders at JP Austin understand firsthand the barriers women face and lead with compassion, accountability, and fierce belief in the potential of every mother.
Under Dr. Lewis’s leadership, JP Austin serves 100 families annually, helping women earn degrees, secure family-sustaining careers, and create lasting economic mobility. “I know firsthand the powerful lever education can be for single mothers; it’s my honor to lead this team and our moms as they break cycles and write new futures,” says Tiffany.
