The tour begins and ends with some of Austin’s bests: a simple, yet unforgettable, tasting of brisket-stuffed kolaches to the telling of the incredible journey of one of Austin’s top pitmasters while munching on smoked lamb chops to a sampling of the holy trinity at one line-worthy locale.
