WHAT IF I’M PART OF A LARGE GROUP?
Party on! Our bus seats 11 hungry humans. If you’re rolling deeper than that, book all 11 spots on our website, then let us know. We can add up to 13 more guests who are cool with caravanning themselves between spots (all within a 4-mile radius)! Just send us your reservation name, tour date, and how many more food fanatics you have in your group, and we’ll send you a link to register all your friends!

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE TOUR OR CORPORATE EVENT?
Easy, just contact us! Tell us what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll whip up a custom food adventure just for your crew.

WILL THERE BE A LOT OF WALKING?
Nope! Your main cardio will be lifting a fork. We’ll ride the bus to each location, and you’ll most often be sitting pretty while you feast.

WILL WE BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
A little bit of both! We’ll enjoy meals indoors and outdoors. But don’t worry, most outdoor spots have cover just in case the Texas sun (or rain) gets a little wild.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
No biggie — pack an umbrella and your appetite. We roll (and eat), rain or shine!

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. SHOULD I COME ON YOUR TOUR?
We’d love to have you! We can usually work around common dietary needs — just fill out the dietary section when booking. If your needs are more specific, shoot us a message first to ensure we’re a good fit. Heads up though; your tour experience will differ from your table buddies, but you’ll still leave full and happy.

WILL THERE BE ACCOMMODATIONS IF I AM HANDICAPPED?
The restaurants are accessible, but our bus sadly isn’t set up for wheelchairs. No worries though, you’re welcome to follow along in your own vehicle. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll send you all the info you need to keep the feast going.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON THE TOUR?
Bring your appetite first and foremost! Comfortable clothes and shoes are smart, and layers are your best friend for unpredictable Texas weather. If rain’s on the radar, go ahead and pack that umbrella! Oh, and a little cash to tip your guide if they knock your socks off.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINKS INCLUDED?
You bet your boots there will be! This is a full-blown food tour, y’all. Water’s available everywhere, and at one magical stop, a refreshing specialty drink is included. At all locations, extra food and drink will be available for purchase. But keep in mind, these places are hoppin’ — there are often lines out the door, so ordering extras might not always be possible.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?
No outside goodies, please. We’ll have plenty to keep you full and hydrated along the way.

WHAT IF I HAVE LEFTOVERS?
We’ve all been there: eyes > stomach. We’ll have to-go boxes ready! Or, if you’d rather not carry your extra goodies, we’ll donate untouched leftovers to folks in Austin who could use a great meal. Win-win.

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?
Cash or card is totally fine — just in case you want to snag an extra snack, a drink, or show your guide some love with a tip!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED ON THE TOUR?
Absolutely! Little foodies are welcome. Just keep in mind that if your kiddo will need their own seat or wants to join in the delicious sampling, they’ll need to secure a ticket just like the grown-ups. If they’ll need a car seat, you’ll need to follow along in your own ride. Let us know in your reservation notes, and we’ll send you all the deets!

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?
At some stops, yes, tasty adult bevs will be available for purchase — cheers! But only for our guests who are 21+ with valid ID, and we’re serious about checking. If you show up already a little too “happy” (aka under the influence), we won’t be able to let you join the tour. And sadly, no refunds will be issued. Also note that no underage is drinking allowed on our watch, even if mom and dad say it’s okay!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
Life happens! Cancel 48+ hours before your tour, and you’ll get a refund (minus a $30 cancellation fee). For last-minute changes (within 48 hours of your tour start time), sadly, no refunds are possible.
On rare occasions, we may have to cancel (weather disasters, restaurant closures, etc.). If that happens, registered tour guests will get a full refund. Pinky promise.

WILL WE STOP AT CHAIN RESTAURANTS?
No way, José. EASTside ATX is all about local love, being locals ourselves! You won’t find a single chain restaurant on our route. Just amazing, independently-owned spots that are full of heart and flavor. You’ll leave with insider tips and a serious local glow.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP MY GUIDE?
If your guide crushed it, cash tips are welcome. Some guides have Venmo & CashApp, too. It’s always super appreciated!

SHOULD I TIP AT THE RESTAURANT?
No need to tip for the food we’ve curated; — tips are already covered in your ticket price! But if you order extras, be a good food citizen and tip your servers. They’ll love you for it.
