Suerte:
My Güey or the Highway

These days, Suerte is a well-known luminary of modern Mexican cuisine in the city. They produce an authentic and delectable experience. This cocktail, one of Suerte’s newest additions, is an alluring avocado leaf-infused, gin-based sip that features gran classico liqueur, dry vermouth, and pamplemousse, which is poured over a few grand ice cubes and garnished with an avocado leaf. It’s especially delicious paired with their well-known and popular Smoked Goat Barbacoa plate. The meat in this dish is neatly stowed away in a large steaming banana leaf and comes with a selection of spicy salsas and guacamole. Colorful pickled veggies add a contrasting depth of flavor and saltiness of the barbacoa. The basket of freshly homemade, aromatic corn tortillas and various salsas adds the finishing touch to the scrumptious meal. Read more about Suerte here
