Ramen Tatsu-ya:
Mi-So-Hot Ramen

There is nothing bashful about Ramen Tatsu-ya’s signature ramen bowl, Mi-So-Hot. Bold both in flavor and in name, the spicy dish is warmth embodied. This Tonkotsu-style ramen features a rich pork bone broth mixed with a miso blend. Filling noodles are the star of the show, begging to be slurped, while garnishes of cabbage, scallions, and an ajitama egg add color to the bowl. This soulful Japanese dish certainly brings the heat, though for those with a milder palate, Mi-So-Not Ramen offers the same rich flavors in a less sweat-inducing bowl.
