It seems like just yesterday my business partner and I sat down to discuss what it would take to open a new radiology business in the Austin area. I never imagined that the conversation about opening one imaging center in 2014 would have led us here today, with 8 radiology centers across central Texas.
I am often asked, “What has made Longhorn Imaging so successful, and how have you been able to grow so quickly?” To be honest, the answer is quite simple. Our level of service is what sets us apart. Given that Central Texas has some of the largest radiology companies in the nation, I knew it was a competitive market. The only way Longhorn Imaging could be successful would be to provide a different type of imaging experience. That is exactly what we did!
We offer spa-like settings, provide a less stressful experience, and we cater to each person’s individual needs. At the end of the day, we measure our success by our client’s satisfaction, not by how large we have become. I am a firm believer that when you do the right thing for the right reasons, success will follow.
