The Cathedral Presents: Summer Fest

Celebrate local art & music with a 3-day, intimate concert series benefitting a local nonprofit!

Summer Fest is an upcoming concert series, presented by atxGALS, The Cathedral and LALO. This series was inspired by The Cathedral’s weekly Art + Music Nights that originated last summer to provide a unique and safe way for Austinites to celebrate and support local musicians, women artists and other local businesses who were being directly affected by the pandemic.

After weeks of sold out performances, the group decided to extend their weekly series and have since incorporated them into their extensive programming, all supporting the Austin arts community at large.

Summer Fest is a special, quarterly extension of the weekly music series, created to continue to uplift people through visual arts and music, support local artists and musicians, and as a way to give back to organizations that align with this mission. This series will benefit local nonprofit Creative Action.

Summer Fest will take place Thursday, July 15th through Saturday, July 17th at The Cathedral, and will highlight a vibrant art exhibit by emerging women artists and showcase intimate performances by Keith Sanders–American Idol Alum, Zach Person–American Idol Alum, Ray Prim–Black Fret Grant Recipient, Quentin Arispe, Daniel Sahad from Nané–KUTX Jan 2021 Artist of the Month, and more!

Guests will be able to enjoy a curated, complimentary bar experience by LALO, and other complimentary drinks by Still Whiskey, Austin Beerworks, Austin Eastciders, Topo Chico, and Waterloo Sparkling Water.
