If well-behaved women rarely make history, then I’m on my way to being declared a Texas Landmark. I come from a long line of strong willed, gritty women, and it has never been my nature to sit on the sidelines. In Austin, where the industry is full of competition, it’s easy to fall prey to self-doubt.  

Fifteen years ago, I moved to the East Austin community; it’s here I found my confidence, and I have been advocating for myself and others ever since. Opportunity is everywhere; you just have to go find it. I love problem– solving, tackling tough issues, and challenging people to step outside their comfort zone.
