Where and when does the Taco Tour begin?

Current departure times appear in Bókun. The tour begins in Central Austin, and the exact meeting address and arrival instructions are included in your confirmation.

How far do we walk?

The route is approximately one mile or less and lasts about 2.5 hours. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for Austin weather.

How much food is included?

Come hungry. The tastings are selected to add up to a satisfying meal for most guests.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Some common dietary needs may be accommodated when disclosed during booking. Because stops share kitchens and preparation areas, serious allergies or highly restrictive diets may not be safely accommodated. Contact us before reserving.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive 10 minutes early. The tour follows restaurant timing and may not be able to wait for late guests. Contact the number in your confirmation immediately if you are delayed.

Are children welcome?

Families are welcome on many departures. Every guest who will eat requires a ticket. Contact us with questions about very young children or strollers.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Accessibility can vary by route and restaurant. Contact us before booking so we can review the specific departure and help determine whether it will meet your needs.

What happens if it rains?

The tour normally operates rain or shine and includes outdoor walking. If severe conditions affect safety or restaurant operations, the tour team will contact booked guests.

How does the optional drink package work?

When available, the $35 drink package can be selected during booking. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued ID.

What is the cancellation policy?

The current cancellation and rescheduling terms are displayed in Bókun before payment. Review those terms before completing your reservation.
